yeah,,,today,,Blog are really familiar.
Not only used by writers who want to publish his writing to the general public but now Blog is also used to support teaching and learning process. A person can not only use the book as a source of learning materials. The development of technology and communication allow the material to learn not only packed in print media such as books, newspaper or magazine. Blog can be used as a means of teaching and learning materials providers in addition to library. Even not as complete as the real library but blog can be used by people starting from the level of basic education to higher education to collect the learning source materials. Besides that, Teacher can provide learning materials or tasks through a blog. So that it can further simplify the process of teaching and learning as well as the use of email that can provide information quickly without doing a face to face. The appearances of the blog are simple and attractive, so that it can make students motivated to learn more and strive to be creative. From the blog, people can explore their knowledge to share anything through blog.As a teacher candidate, we have to be up to date on the technology that can support teaching and learning process. It doesn't mean that technology can replace the position of teacher as a transmitter of learning materials. Technology just a media and teacher must make prudent decisions about when and how to use technology and should ensure that technology is enhancing students' thingking.
Hemt, I think it is enough for my reflection of last discussion about the using blog in educational field.
