As you know that today, I ‘m not going to the class because I have to go to the national education seminar in Jogjakarta. But, don’t worry about it. You are still able to continue your study in class with your friends as usual. I had created some activities for today’s activities and hopefully you can stay longer in class and enjoy with all of the activities.
Today, we are still learning about the same topic with the last meeting. Do you still remember about that??ya,,,We are going to study about linear inequalities and some problems related with the topic. I think you need some additional sessions for this topic in order to enhance your understanding in solving some problems related to the linear inequalities. So, prepare yourself as much as you can and stay focus for today’s activities.
At the end of this lesson, you are expected to be able to:
1.Translate the problems given into mathematical model and state some problem’s keywords to be variables.
2.Solve some problems by substitution and/or elimination techniques.
3.Determine the maximum point and / minimum points of linear inequalities problem.
Before we go to the next activity, it will be better for you to read these material first. This one and also the other one. . This material will help you in mastering the concept of linear inequalities. Then, make your own group consist of 3 people for each group. Take the marker, flip chart and some blank papers that I’ve provide for each group and after that please take a look for this instruction that will guide you for this activity. Remember that there is an individual assignment for each member of the group. Be fair and don’t be cheating. I will assess all of your products as soon as possible and please do the best for them.
